Precision is our hallmark. Please read these terms carefully before engaging our predictive intelligence infrastructure. By accessing the platform, you acknowledge total technical compliance.
2. Service Scope
Craftynex provides high-precision data ingestion, predictive modeling, and artisanal machine performance analytics. Our tools are designed for industrial efficiency, not casual observation. We deliver the math; you deliver the craft.
3. Integrity
Users must provide accurate environmental telemetry and account data. You are the architect of your credentials; security failure on your end is your liability.
4. Billing
Fees are calculated based on data throughput and node integration. Subscriptions automactically renew unless terminated via the protocol defined in section 8.
5. Data Ownership
Your raw sensor data remains your property. However, Craftynex retains a non-revocable license to utilize anonymized telemetry to optimize global craft intelligence models.
6. Intellectual Property
Craftynex owns all proprietary algorithms, neural weights, and interface architectures. Any attempt to reverse-engineer our predictive kernels will result in immediate termination of the service agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our platform is an analytical tool. Craftynex is not liable for mechanical failures, artisanal defects, or operational downtime. We provide the forecast; you maintain the workshop.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to sever the integration for any breach of protocol. Users may terminate with 30-day digital notice.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Jurisdiction resides in the courts of Scotland, near our East Loch Sween operations.
